SL at 1B w/stopwatch
TL at Home w/campers. First camper starts at Home with a foot on the front, left corner of the plate
SL starts watch on first movement and stops when camper hits 1B
Do NOT:
have campers take a swing
eyeball 90' distance
Each camper runs twice
Only write the second run if faster than first attempt
Two options for SL setup
15' behind the tee. Batter needs 15-20' for the ball to travel. Radar needs to be at an angle for ball off the bat
15' behind the L-screen. The batter is 15-20' in front of the L-screen for the ball to travel
TL sets up by the tee with campers
Record ONLY the fastest exit velocity
3-4 swnigs per camper depending on time
SL sets up off to the side with score sheet and stopwatch
TL sets up on a knee, 10-15' from campers
TL rolls ball to camper (medium speed)
SL times from when the ball hits the glove until it hits the fence/net 75' away
TL should roll from the camper's throwing arm side
Each camper gets three rolls in a row and can't cross the cones until the ball is released
Only write the fastest time
