The Team Leader oversees the management of their team of assigned campers and works with Station Leaders to execute the instruction of each station. The Team Leader will also assist with setting up their team's first station  and tearing down their team's last station. The Team Leader is responsible for the well-being of their campers and ensuring each one is safe, having fun, and learning new skills each day. Team Leaders make or break the camp experience for our campers and are vital in ensuring camp is a positive experience for their entire team!
